4th Raikage skill breakthrough and edo kakuzu should be nerfed as soon as possible LOL
even regular tobi got nerfed along time ago in our english server, more over that broken unbalanced 4th raikage and edo kakuzu. Lets hope english oasis is not stup1d enough to bring that broken skill breakthrough to our english server.

There is no way they'll nerf 4th Raikage as it is one of the Super Rares in Kage.
On top of that, if it was really that much of a problem, they would had nerfed his skill breakthrough a long time ago.
atleast they need to nerf one of 4th raikage skill breakthrough that make him literally unbalanced/broken LOL
eg; nerfing defense passive skills and his damage since he can do damage every round with chakra condition at 80. Making his damage like KCM Narutos damage would make him more balance to this game
A sane players will understand this, unless he is one of the few p2w players or other players who already got that 4th raikage LOL
I hope oasis would listen to this like how they cancel to bring tactic % feature to our english server
