I've noticed that Hokage Minato's passive (tag) is now undodgeable. Is this something new with the update or is it a bug?

Swimsuit Temari's mystery can't be dodged. Noticed it just now during one of Sylencer's Space-Time videos.

Her mystery was used against Edo Tobirama and he didn't DOOOOOODGE

Guren's 30-hit chase, can't be dodged. It said in description.

Actually, Minato 4th has an undodgeable passive. As well as that, targeting a character who can dodge, but is tagged, Minato can still do his (Better) Space Time Rasengan.

You're wrong. It's not his standard, it's his passive kunai throw he does before every action (max 2 times per round).
