Alright so this will be a short thread about 2 things:

-Scaling of healing tips math proof

-Does it work on Self-Heal ninjas and stack

So sadly currently only 3 ninjas have this buff and those are:

-Hokage Tsunade (45% buff)

-Shizune (25% buff)

-Water Main (40% buff)

The tests are done on Roshi all screenshots with same gear/same amount of ninjutsu etc.

Without healing tips:

With 40% healing tips

(2063x40/100 = 825)

825+2063 = 2888

With 85% healing tips

(2063x85/100 = 1753)

1753+2063 = 3816

With 110% healing tips

(2063x110/100 = 2269)

2269+2063 = 4332

Notice how the buff directly scales only on the base/ninjutsu amount, it does not scale ever on the higher amount.

Bonus:

Notice how Kushina has a higher % on her passive heal (she had only 300 more ninjutsu than Roshi)
