The Question was if it works like it's intended, yes it does. But how that actually looks like i can't say, because that something that's not allowed to be shared. So me not going into Details and talk about the Theory in that Post had it's reasons.

Just for the sake of ppl complaining about there not being enough free stuff, this is the way all games work rly, and in case u didn't know, exchange shops will get a ton of nice characters later on,until then u have 4 akatsuki members,including tobi (who's op right now),seal treasure (normal one) is pretty much useless seeing how many ninjas have/will get added to the exchange shop,there's ur seal characterS for free,either wait a little bit or go pay,how about noticing the free stuff before noticing the p2p/p2w stuff ?

Also,how about we continue complaining AFTER the update,it's not exactly like the treasure event was in the least bit bad.

1 last thing,if u're angry,don't take it out on a mod,he's a mod,not a developer and not the ''head of the office'' guy.

just hope liek chinese server lol, cause they got 10 different seal treasures with free draws after a certain hours like us but only with 2 lol. chinese servers give free iraku 3 * and many more ninjas lol strong one not useless

Chinese server's been out for a long time,so we're not getting ALL the characters in 1 go,i'd settle down for any character as long as it's new rly,exchange shops usually get nice ninjas.

So how about you try to explain why you think these Events are garbage? You see, someone who just comes in here, writes "events are garbage" without any explanation or so kinda looks like a person with a garbage attitude and not "opinion" ^^.

I'm not saying everything is good, but it's not "garbage" and we had positive Feedback for the last Key event.
