I wouldn't use Kisame first position. Unless you're running into a lot of Susanoo Itachi's, Kisame should probably be used position 2 or 3 because not many teams have a round 1 interrupt on their position 1 or 2 (you'd be hindering yourself because if they do have their main damage dealer position 1 they will always get off their mystery where as if Kushina was position 1, she could interrupt their position 1 if you have more int.
