In the context of the game, if 200 decibels of sound is enough to kill someone then surely a ball of energy made out of wind chakra can surely cut a hole into someone as well? Yet this doesn't happen as the ninjas in the show are clearly stronger and more durable than the average person in the real world.

I don't think comparing it to the real world is a very good example. xD
