Everyone I asked in my group also say they have bad drop rates, I experience this aswell. Seems rigged to me, but once I hit 70 I can open 4 out of 5 cards so I will atleast 1 of the 2 good things. Since there are ussually 2 interesting things.

Sometimes i get the good rewards but most cases 80% its the worst. I do think it is rigged im actually pretty sure it is. lLke everything in this game is not rly rng based if you know what i mean.

it is hard coded like everything else like seal, you will most likely get the first 3 * before the decent ones. of course there is a small chance you get the good ones and skip the 3 * draw.

For me, the first card is always something *y, but the 2nd , I manage to get something good, almost always.

Before it was rigged, but now its not.
Same with Team instance. Before when you did lvl60 team, as long there was at least one purple, no matter which you picked, you always got the purple. (At least as I seen)
And no matter what card you got from practice treasure, you never got the 2 best rewards.
But since like 2-3 weeks ago i am getting ninja fragments, even at the 1st or 2nd pick. And sometimes I get blue ninja tool , even when there is 2 purple in team instance.

what fixed this "issue"?

Wouldn't say it was rigged or fixed in the first place just horrible drop rates overall. I personally have only gotten 1x30 frag for urkon... which is pointless. other than that I may only get 2 ten ten frags ever other day or something moot. While I've seen others pull Yamato survivial. I've accepted RNG hates me.:funk:

Just save them and use them when you have 5 or something.

You cant actually "save" them since once you reset they are gone.

But it definitely is rigged...It gives the impression that what you want is a 1/5 chance but its prob a 1/10 or less

Not for me I've gotten them on the first try a couple of times

In total I've gotten
3 ish seal scrolls
2 ish summon scrolls
2 Jigokudo
4 Itachi
2 Choza
3 Orochimaru

Oh those aren't all from first try just to be clear

Oh I didn't know that. I only did it once and used all 3.
