I would suggest that you wait for the other seal scroll rebate. It won't hurt for a bit more patience. You can try and request for Jin 2 to be included in that next rebate from filling in the survey. I understand that most players think that Oasis does not listen but it's not entirely true. There's no harm done in requesting. If it gets approved then great. If not, then there's always a next time.
