  • Afaik, if no GL, senior or battle master is in the field where the summon is assigned, the person with the highest rank gets to control the summon and if no one is ranked in the field where the summon is assigned (all members only and not anbu or elite), the one with the highest power gets to control it. Correct me if I'm wrong.
