Every single time I get kicked offline now, when I tell it to refresh the entire miniclient crashes right after.
???????????
I have gotten kicked offline and the client crashed immediately after five times since 9tails started I am losing my mind x.x
Oasis tells us if there is a problem or a bug with the game we need to post about it here and then lock the thread, but a thread similar to this one was posted on the General topic page and it got answered and solved quicker than this one.
Proof that Oasis don't care about their own forum rules.
this problem is still active 3rd day in a row... like are you even trying to solve it?
My best guess is, this is a server synchronization issue.
Normally, the client should calls the server and wait for a callback. If the server response takes too long, a timeout will be issued on both the server and client. The server will drop the call, and the client will send a new call to the server.
What we likely have here is the server timeout being set longer than the client timeout. When the client gets timeout and sent the server a second request, the server is still processing the first, and now register two separate instances of the same client. This triggers the multiple account kick off.
When the connection between server and client is good, this bug is hidden, as timeout will not be reached. But when there is lag involved.. the bug shows up as a gamebreaker.
Oasis.. please get someone who understand server-client coding to deal with this bug. (Honestly, the most likely cause would be an extra 0 in the server code that set the timeout limit.)
We were getting mass dc on both sides now, during or 1st round of GNW. Really? REALLY???
So, u want ppl to spend money on game, to play the game, and u dont even know how to fix it, how to make it run without problems? Noone wants to pay (or play) something that doesnt even work right - with that amount of money u milking from big spenders, u could at least hire a decent experienced people to help u deal with problems...... Shame on you!

They only have half assed translators. No devs on their end sadly.
omg please find a way to prevent this, it always happens around the same time and i've gotten kicked out so many times this weak. it's not only annoying but also time a deal breaker as it occurs during events T_T everytime i try and post a screenshot of it now, it says "TIMEOUT!", please knowledge the issue and find a way to prevent this :/
now we lose the war thanks @oasis :D
At the moment I would WELCOME extra maintenance, because it would be a sign that something is getting done to fix this matter. Too many have gotten their events ruined because of this. There has even been talks in chat about giving accounts away and not spending anymore. That's how much this does to your players. Let's hope that's only talk. We would be missing many of them.
Please, do something. You still got time to save this game and keep your players.
it was fine all day... but then it came gnw time and since then i've crashed 4 times with this bug. It's enough the insane delays that this game has during gameplay, and now it crashes to a certain point that you just want to turn the game off and do something else... And the worst part is that there are people paying for this... I think the people that recharge here aren't getting their money's worth with these constant situations happening... just saying
Edit: While i was writing this i crashed, with the bug, again. Every patch seems to break the game even more...
Maybe Oasis has now more servers, than they can keep up? We have seen how many servers they make every week for how long. Merges happen less, than new servers pop up. First we had skill delays. Now mass DC:s during player-heavy times (events). Reaching their limit would make some sense to this situation...
