Is it still used in China? Probably not. Then again, CN has loads more features th* at the moment so if you actually look to China to see what you should get right now, you're better off playing the CN version of the game.

Good for Mid-game/End Game? I still see people at 100k use a variation of it but if they dont have pos1 int, they still lose.

Is it good for SWB? Depends on who you go against. SWB is all about blitz teams.

Is it good against Shisui/Itachi Anbu/RoW? Only the Han variation is and even then, you have to have pos1 Int on the person to win.

Its more useful than Mei/GNW TenTen/Mabui but it still has its weaknesses. Fuguki is *right substitution for Han because he can do a 30 combo for roshi (if they dont have a dodge) but Han is still better against root teams.
