You are level 71! Focus on leveling and power and don't think about the teams you can make, just focus on having a typical 9tails team (there are already guides all over the forum youtube but the best one you can get at early levels and works for the long play is asuma wb/ iruka / guy lee with fire main - yes, this is f2play - focus on getting all the coupons you can and save them for power events or to buy iruka and asuma wb) and get the easiest 5* star team you can make i would suggest Kabuto / sasuke / kimimaro (or hinata) with light. Save scrolls and use them on the right treasure you want to use for next months 210 seals for roshi / han or an Ay team or go for the "new" Gnw to get urself a good team (this might require some more seals), by the time you hit 90 you will have more ninjas that drop from free draws or you have bought with the coupons you save (i would recommend power but people usually go for ninjas).

I dont know why every new player focuses in having a good epic team at early game (also happend to me so no worries haha) , just dont ru*, level up with a more or less free and easy team to use and with a good 9tails team so you get more stuff, at some point you will get ACTUAL GOOD NINJAS and make a good team, all those teams suggested are not competitive at all, literally, no one uses them, the best at ur level / bp bracket is to have a 5star team or be lucky. Sorry to be this direct but this is how the game works. SAVE for rebates is the last thing i have to say.
