• Spending is not recharge, the amount of ingots you recharge are not going anywhere if you wait and you still get deidara/minato 4th for free. Next week or next fuku deal you spend that 20k you recharged then you will get another ninja as rebate which mean it only cost you the money equal 20k ingots for 2 rebate, both spending and recharge. Why people keep assume 2 rebates are the same? I don't understand.
