Monkey King has a 3 round cooldown, so you c*e it at the 3rd round of your battle, but make sure that your Main Character's Mystery Skill is available during that round for you to use the Monkey King Mystery Skill ..

it has battle cooidown for 3 rounds I think.

i would say go for Katsuyu or Pakkun is best atm.

Pakkun literally can bait evaded ninjas easily and only need 10 gems to max.

But Pakkun has battle cooldown 1 round.

Yes, I agree with you bro .. Pakkun is really good, i'm using him at my 2nd main account (minato kage user) and i maxed him .. Usually, when i face teams with Wind Impestus or Water Healing teams, it cleanses my Tags, but with Pakkun, sorry .. All ninjas Tagged after the Dogs runs wild .. wahahhahaha xD ..
