why do i need iruka? Also what is the best way to get him? I'm also F2P

Through ninja refinement and fastest way to get him IMO is Treasure of the Sage event and Konoha deals where he costs 28 coupons per fragment.

Could switch out Kazekage Gaara for regular Gaara if you have him with skillbreaks

Of course, you c*so make the classic water, Mei, Mabui, GNW TenTen...but that isn't as good anymore

Earth, Kage Minato. Pakura, Jigokudo

x2 Minato scaling

x2 healing.

33324 or 33323 KoH and Pakkun for tag

I personally go 33324 for combo rate and atk to minato.

33323 if you can't beat in initiative.

40% from Minato, 40% from main will give a lot of survival.
