LA 1123 and 1127 seem to be missing from the table. Does that mean something, or were they just forgotten?

I just haven't updated the table with all the newest servers, that's all. They are open and available however if you or anyone else is interested.

Each Server ID can have 1 GL, it doesn't matter if your server is merged or not. As long as your Server ID doesn't have one yet, you can apply if you want to take it. As for the matter of bullying by the said GL, please take a screenshot or proof that he really is bullying you and your other server mates (with time and date stamp) and send it together with your report through Bugs and Support Section or by filing a ticket to our Customer Support.
