I'm not an expert on any of these ninja, but here's what I think:

I think fire main would be a good option for this team. Since the other three ninja will be doing a lot of damage, your main should go in as support. Fire main can give the others shields with his mystery (illusion- mirroring vision) and since all of those ninja mainly use ninjutsu based attacks and passives you c*e the Ninjutsu Urge talent to heal them all.

summons: I'm not sure which summons you have, but the ones that will work best are golden snake, giant katsuyu, or rhino

Again, I am definitely not an expert on fire main or any of the other 3 ninja, but I hope this helped a little :D

You need SS Itachi to be in first position in life if u use ghost kill tactics. but either way itachi should be pos 1 no matter what.

What I don't understand is why you want to use Ay 4th in a lineup such as this if u have SS Itachi. all your best equipment should be on itachi as he is a beast damage dealer. Best would be to replace danzo with shisui (if you have him) and ay 4th with some other support to buff up itachi even further. Iruka might work as he also gives a shield. I have Ay 4th and I rarely use him because of his biggest weakness (debuffs). even if u get your shield up he wount help that much against cancer teams.in earlier game he would have been perfect in any lineup. But until he gets skill breackthrough he wount be much use
