So last week i charged 320$ worth of ignots. the charges since then have dropped off my debit card and still have yet to be recharged 1 week later. Im about to dispute it because this is not a common practice and i dont need 320$ floating in limbo on my bank account. It scares me to think they have billing related issues and im trusting them/facebook with my debit card.

f you are still having this issue, please submit a ticket through Customer Service Ticketing system, as it requires information that can't be addressed in a public forum.
Customer Service is located in the upper right corner of the game (browser or mini-client)--see screenshot below.
This will prompt a new window; then select "Recharge Problems" and create your ticket there.
