I used the classic Wind main, Sage Naruto, Normal Gaara (skill broken except no additional defense), and Iruka for ninja exam 200 at 87K BP. Just aim to kill Hashirama first, then Tsunade. Save Kurama Naruto for last. You can kill him from standard attacks and mystery skills after baiting his dodge.

You c4n use any ninja that has hard hitting mystery like Roshi. Roshi needs to get a bit of stacked damage at round 1 to make his mystery hit hard at round 2 though.
