  • i spent 6k this time and 0 scratch cards, spent 10k last time and the same 0 scratch.

Hi!


You need to spend 500 coupons/ingots in the Discount Store (which is Konoha Outlet) in order to obtain Scratch Cards. You get a guaranteed scratch card every 500 coupons/ingots you spent. Hope that clears any confusion.
