do you think it will cost 12k only here? they never showed a new me

Why not? In germany it costed around 10-13k in lucky star events (it was redeemable), so i don't see why you shouldn't be able to piece him with 12k.

Garv is saying the first appearance rather than in general. So far, first appearances have been in recharge or RNG and tend to be expensive relatively to its stable price in decent future. Once it goes to other events like treasures of the sages, lucky board, etc. the price begins to be stable.
