• Both is good but for versatile/suit any main/team Hiruzen the one . For konan he just buff akatsuki ninja yet still good if u had exclusive ninja like edo dei kisame shark kakuzu grudge , etc
  
  
  Hiruzen had low damage since we dont had % tactic . but he had good survival .

  for konan he had high damage .
