I am pretty sure garv lineup works still now. Just search the forum for it. The only ninja that got a boost is minato, but, on the other hand hiruzen do not boost anymore defense so his passive do not stack with minato's anymore.

If not just go han sailor sakura azure fang + a filler or mangetsu, utakata, yagura and azure fang with shark bomb every round and bet on chaos spreaded.
