no, is perfectly possible to get a super rare at 1200-1300 and still miss a common rare at 1000-1100.

here for example i'm around 800 rolls and i still miss danzo and onoki -_-

Hi! Sorry to hear that =[ It is quite possible as the chance to obtain any one of the rares is equal for each rare. Which means there is a possibility of missing a rare. I hope you get the ninja you want in the future or potentially grabbing him in one of the events =p
