Am I correct in my understanding that Pakkun is the only one of the 6 that DOESN'T require a breakthrough stone to level up?


considering the challenge in getting the Katsuyu Stone this week, i suspect that other stones would also be very rare---like that Deer Contracting Scroll or something.


So leveling potential might also be something to consider (for the 99% of us who don't drop a ton of money into the game, lol)

    The stones will be event only so most likely will cost some coupons etc exactly
