So, basically i just purchased monthly card pack, and recieved my 300 cupons, right after that i clicked on "Claim" *on to further claim my 50 cupons for the day, but the *on grayed out, did not recieve my cupons, and now i see "0 Days Left".Need help with this, please!
You can see my char name and server in the printscreen and my UID：200000084897674!!!!oasis

Later edit:My incredible "luck" strikes again...This time I clicked on "Try your luck" Start *on, first time i recieved my 20 cupons, but second time I clicked it(I could spin it 2 times because I recharged thus giving me an extra spin), it spinned, and just stopped without anything happening, but losing 10 ingots...Please, guys repair these bugs...I lost 50 cupons and 10 ingots in just 5 mins of playing the game.oasis 2

Monthly Pack is being affected by the DTS issue that occurred last month.

It'll show up normally tomorrow with 30 Days Remaining.


As for your Spin, if you felt you haven't received your coupons.

Please send in a ticket expressing the situation while providing screenshots. If your account was found to be bugged, we'll compensate the missing coupons.
