If you drew 2 Fu's and 1 Utakata, then you are at 180 seal scrolls into Jin 2 treasure. Han is somewhere between 180-210. So at least 30, could only be 1.

no, i got han at 230. is not necessarily 180-210.

you get it at your next rare pull. like i said before i got him at my 23rd draw by 10, so could really be, if you got your last rare at 160-170 that you may have to wait for 230-240.
