Recently a member asked me how he could avoid a 'girl' that had a crush on him and was bothering him saying unladylike things.

So I told him to blacklist this person, and he said he couldn't and all he was able to do is run.

His reason was she wasn't his friend so he couldn't add her to the black list, and since she wasn't a member of the same group he couldn't do it there either.

That meant the only way to blacklist this individual was to lure her into saying something in world and that was the only way he could do anything about it. I think this is more of an overlooked aspect instead of a bug or suggestion of improvement but it should be possible to blacklist someone without having to be friends with them or just seeing them in town.
