Here's the line and talent I used.
Depending if you can get off Rasengan (with 2 clones up) you might want to swap main to Move 1. Just have to mess with build.
Make sure to move Iruka to the front then back to position so clones get shielded and buffed.

It's sad to see that you guys misuse iruka with naruto.

this is an example set up. Before you put in any ninja besides from main character in your line up, drop in naruto first and put iruka on your team last after you place naruto. Also make sure Iruka is completely below naruto and on the last row. That way Naruto will summon his clones first and then iruka will shield them along with the ninja.

You're giving wrong info. Doesn't matter where Iruka is placed as long as you move him to the front or off the board and back into place. Try it. -
