Yes there will be, the CN(?) version has one too so they will copy that to our Version. Also every Browsergame has a VIP system where you Top-Up real Money to get the next Rank.
If you reach a Rank you unlock some sort of "advantage", it could be something like skipping battles to safe time or no CD on certain features. The higher you get the more benefits you get from it but the expensiver it also gets.

No, that was wrong on my Part. I checked the German version later and it's not the same VIP system like these no-license Games have.
