its been a month since you posted this but since its still here and other's might want to know what to try here is a F2P way. I beat that exam with fire main, tobi, hinata, kankuro.


I had 20500 power, everyone of them should have been gold and fully cultivated.
Side Note: After you beat exam 88 with this team, you can move everyone up 1 spot for Exam89.
