Not really sure why you're wanting recruitment feedback, we had one this week already.

SkillBOOKED, there is a difference between SkillBOOKED and skillBROKEN. So many people get it wrong, even in my server. Skillbooked is only an upgrade to a certain ninja with books only, skillbreaking is totally different thing using different thing, and it does not upgrade, it changes skill or skills completely. Currently we have no skillbroken ninjas available, only skillbooking/upgrading. But yea, I agree, we need to accelerate the ninjas that allow us to skillbook/upgrade them.

I already have saved a lot of fragments of some ninjas, and I keep saving the ones I know have skillbooks, but with the bugs that came with 4.0 there have been some mistakes when I converted fragments to points...like, when I pick few ninja fragments, it for unknown reason picks some other ninja fragments as well, and when I converted it converted those fragments I didn't wanted as well.

Only way to convert is doing one by one, and constantly checking whether the converting amount of points you'll get for that amount of fragments is correctly showing, whether another ninja fragments haven't being checked as a result of the bug.
