Kisame and Shuishi is kinda high tier ninja, and sorta P2W almost. There are some events that they are in, but not a lot. We will be able to help you out a lot more if you would tell us what ninjas you have.

well pretty much anything with ningendo pain and chiyo 10 puppets and maybe minato jonin if you have em they tend to make 15ish chase teams that O use

a ok free team would be sasuke/daru , hinata and guy with serpent summon

uhhhh.... high combo team? Almost all of your ninjas have 1 chase. If your looking for a high combo team, use any ninja with more than one chase. Like sasuke and hinata.

Oh that makes sense why they can do up to 8 combos n my team
