Kage treasure super rares have been changed in that once you have hit 1000 pulls, both super rares are added to the pool of available rares to pull, which means you should pull both within the next 100-200 pulls after the 1k mark. I have yet to verify this myself (just recently pulled my first Ay), but several others have posted this info, and I fully intend to post something about it myself when I have verified it firsthand.
