Just put LM on first place and use Lightning Sealing Slash on TenTen [GNW].

initiative enemy is so big I can not do the first attack

What I found is it becomes almost impossible once you are 400 over your highest iniative ninja. E.g if you have a 5k iniative ninja, you can get up to around 5.4k iniative recommend challenge.

When you do not have the required iniative the enemy started to scale up exponentially in all stats.

Whats your highest iniative ninja you have and what is the required iniative?

Is that is the initiavite training and you dont dont match the requirement the fight is much more difficult. Its how the game is set, once you match the minnimum initiative it autumatically becomes easier. You can try and stack all the runes and initiative stuff you have on your position one to the minnimum required. You can even split runes and then put them back together after its done
