4 star version of naruto nine tail chakra. Also yes 10,000 initiative difference would let your 2nd position move before enemy's 1st position. But I dont think it is possible to have 10k initiative difference in arena.

Then how come his Deidara moved first? Cause I'm pretty sure I had no lag as I quickly queued my skill right away. As you can see, his Deidara moved first, wrecked my Deidara and pretty much my whole party, and then luckily I got Jigokudo to revive him and did my mystery.
