  • I does, purifies are relative to refines so if you have a 100% on every stat on a lvl 1 refine it doesnt mean anything.

That't not how it works though. If you roll 100% on all of your purifies, by the time you refine the refine will allow your purify to scale.


To answer your question OP; do both. Purify items will come with time, focus on getting refine first. You can get these through events and the monthly thing. You c*so purchase them from the shops.
