just ex: lets begin from my team.
Tobi : Chase and attack Knockdown cause low float
Zabuza : Chase and attack low floated cause repulse
Asuma : Chase and attack repulsed cause knockdown
Main : Chase and attack Knocked down cause High float

If Tobi attacks 1st with these Chase at least u have 5 combo. If chase doesnt continue previous chase, they will be stopped.
for exm:
Tobi : Chase and attack Knockdown cause low float
Kankuro : Chase and attack Knocked down cause low float
Asuma : Chase and attack repulsed cause knockdown
Main : Chase and attack Knocked down cause High float

If Tobi attacks 1st, u only have 2 combo. Because there is no chase continuing previous chase from Tobi.

It doesnt matter if u have chase continuing previous chase. I have 2 same chase in different characters n they are workin very well.

Look at their Chase. Chase and attack on what? Or can u give me screenshoot your ninja so i can understand what chase do u need.

Change your move:
move 1 main: Ok its easy if u tell me yor chase + pet but u dont give me a clue.
move 2 Anko: High floated cause Knockdown
move 3 Kabuto: Knocked down cause high float
move 4 Sasuke: Low floated cause repulse + High floated cause low float + triggered

Used Chidori Blade. If your main can attack first u have knockdown at the beginning.
2nd Kabuto + 3rd Anko. Just 3 combo in this situation because there is no chase continuing previous chase from Anko.

Do u understand my previous explanation? The most important is a chase to be interconnected with each other.
