Sutachi, like many others have said, drops only his fragments. And like what the others have said, it's every 60 (average) for 1-2 frags. I'm only 35/80 frags in at the moment. So..yeah, but still. Like what falling said, I'd go for each and every treasure to maximize profit.

Edo Tensei Treasure (Optional, since all the rares are commons in gnw treasure, and the super rares aren't worth too much, but it's a nice way to end/start the journey for Sutachi too get a lot of extra nin

Cloud Treasure-210 scrolls should be spent in here, or a bit extra to get the 4th Sutachi frag there. 3 nin can be obtained through this.

Jin Treasure 1-210 scrolls again, gets you Roshi, Yugito, Yagura, and Samehada Bee, 4 total ninja.

Jin Treasure 2-210 scrolls again, gets you Han, Fu (7 tails), and Utakata, so 3 nin can be obtained.

And the 5 Kage Treasure-lots of unique commons, such as... Fu (Danzo's guy, not the 7 tails person, same name different people.), Torune, Ao (Who's also a rare in sage naruto treasure), Mabui, Cee, Kisame (Normal, seal rare), Itachi (Normal, but Sutachi's frags are still in this treasure, don't worry.), Akatsuchi, Kurotsuchi, and 5 kage Temari. So that's about 10 nin you can get from a pull 10, 1/10 chance for any of them. There are 8 rares, Onoki, Darui, Chojuro, Mifune, Danzo, Killer Bee, Gaara, and Mei. So that's 8 rares, 18 total nin, and the super rares at 700-1200 scrolls, Susasuke and 4th Ay. So that's 20 nin for 1400-2400 seals. Along with a lot of Sutachi fragments,

So I'd suggest going by each one, Edo Tensei should be last, if you ever do decide to go for it. So... Jin1-Jin2-Cloud (all 3 can be moved in the order)-5 Kage-Edo
