Yeah because Poison stacks, with a good comp its gonna make a lot of damage, but weak against healer teams, they can vanish the Poison

i don't know water main in detail, but i see a lot of Hinata, Shizune, maybe Anko or Karin, Kabuto, you can try comps in the Simulator
