  • I noticed this too. I made a team where Kisame wouldn't get his 20 chase so Deidara wouldn't have chakra for turn 2. Turn 2 came and I went after EM since I figured he would double standard and after I CC'd him, Deidara casted anyway... It's nothing unbeatable, but it's rather cheesey when the bar said 0 chakra and they are casting anyway...

Kisame doesnt need to get 20 chase to get chakra. Everytime something dies (Like deidara spider) they will gain 20 chakra, up to 3 times per round which is 60 chakra.
