Unquie standards that are Row or Column based and hit multiple units, don't affect allied units.

Now there are units with additional effects like Shisui, hits a single target and a random target.

So Madara not hitting his own allies is intended.

GNW Tenten is a [Must Hit] Mystery, meaning it'll hit Dodge characters. There's mystery in the game that has this special trait. Susanoo Sasuke's Susanoo Arrow, Kinkaku's Mystery, etc. There are members on the forum that compiled a list of [Must-Hit] Mystery and Standards.
