1＃ Go ToTo start things off, I did rather well spent about 1.1k coupons managed to pick up 40 Kakashi [Anbu] Frags (bringing my frag count to 55/80) as well as 30 Guy [Gate of Joy] Frags. And of course 4 Kisame Shark frags!
While spending 1.4k on another server I managed to pick up 12 Shark Kisame Frags, 10 Kakashi [Anbu] Frags, and 20 Guy [Gate of Joy] Frags!
So how well did you guys do? -

I've only done my free 20 so far. Here's some things I liked
About 6 moods, 2 seals, and 10 Kakashi frags. Got the seals and frags in the most recent 10
I loved the amount of mood scrolls I got, went from below 10 to like 55 cause of the event! :D

I really hope this event starts to blend in with the event cycle, this has to be one of the best events yet.
I definitely agree, I actually don't mind spending coupons on this event instead of Lucky Stars!
I remember back when this event was a thing I never spent on it during my noob days thinking it was bad.
Now that I do the event properly that opinion definitely changed! -

Indeed, this event was here a loooong time ago, similar to the fire treasure we had...last week?
Either way, there are a lot of older events coming back, and for the better too :D
I honestly didn't like the fire temple treasure then and I don't like it now. I mean sure if there is a frag as the main prize you need, then sure. But that is a heavy dump into coupons especially with the RNG in it. I mean if other people like it I won't mind, but for me its a waste of coupons.
But so glad we are seeing old events come back. Instead of the same events week after week constantly. I mean as much as I loved those events, there was a lot better or different events!
(Now lets see if we can get Land of Lightning Treasure Event where Mabui pops up and offers us ninjas for a coupon price.) -

I never understood why people hated so much this event in the past.
The first two times it appeared was ingots only for the additional rolls, but the last time it appeared was as it is right now, with coupons also and still people hated it.
I'm happy, after having suggested for it to come back in the feedbacks during last months, that they heard to me and to other people like me that suggested it and that so many people loved it now.
I think its more of they really didn't know what they were doing (fyi talking about players not Oasis) or they didn't like the event in cause it was ingot for extra spins. I remember most of the hate was that F2P players couldn't even get the 1st tier reward after all the free spins. Even if you could spend 100 coupons for the last 10. That or the rewards weren't worth it.
Update on my Pulls, did 30 more today and managed to get 15 frags of Guy and the last bit of Kakashi Anbu frags I needed as well as 2 more Shark Kisame frags. -

That's what I'm thinking. Just because they added ninja frags (especially event ninjas), there seems to be more praise for the event. I mean look at the post above with rewards of full of purification protection. It is safe to say dude is salty rather than happy. I don't know about the value of free items gained from this event (I'm thinking minimum 1.5k coupons) but this event is good as long we receive items that the majority of playing see value in.
I don't think they are salty, probably more of surprised that a draw 10 lead to that many purification protection runes. Which is honestly great if you need to purify the equipment anyways. But over all yeah rewards are probably what made it worth it. I'm just glad there isn't a 80 frag ninja instead. Like Lucky Stars.

I don't know about that. Here is just one example today someone being salty about not getting any frags. There are lot of these players in comparison who actually cares about getting items.
You may be skeptical and that's fine just know with that particular screenshot it isn't the case :D

Hopefully you're probably right. Those type of players may have skewed my opinion of the group you mentioned since they tend to have they don't see the upside in all events or how to approach an event with a plan.
Considering that was from my girlfriend's account where she already has Anbu Kakashi from the event and a 3 Star Guy and loads of mood scrolls the ss is fine. I mean the probability of those purification protection runes in a row is pretty slim honestly.
The group I mentioned is just what I observed from the forums when the event was a thing way back when. -
