The fact in china are not permanent does not necessarily mean they will be not permanent here too.

They are trying with all their might to avoid letting us use the averagly available meta teams from china by delivering tons of ninjas to the masses that actually help breaking those metas (just look at how many people owns here hokage minato, kushina habanero, kisame samehada and shisui in comparison with china and overall when they were introduced). I would not be surprised at all if we get those treasures permanently just to let a lot of people run edo roshi, edo han or edo utakata only to break the current metas just to induce whales in spending a lot more for power and initiative.
