There have been talks about adding Red Runes in the Eight Inner Gates shops, Currently, it's still in-talks with no new information to provide.

As for 2). and 3). Of course there are plans to add more ninjas and breakthroughs into the game, however, there's no direct ETA that we can provide.

Please do remember our version has a different schedule comparison to others.
