Kakashi makes himself "immune" to interrupt with his passive. That is, if you're running 2 or less Anbu units. If not - gotta be careful with that mystery. Making it Prompt will make Kakashi a very OP ninja in my opinion. Imagine starting a fight by potentially acupuncturing and paralyzing 3 of enemy's ninjas, doing a combo on the target and doing a ton of damage.
