Because if so, at least try to consider those who haven't been merged, it's not like we don't want to stay a singular server.

I'm sure they will make kid kakashi available (whether a freebie or cheap purchase). The necessary amount of money to use to upgrade the bond levels should be much higher than the price of kid kakashi so it should be profitable in their eyes, unless they won't due to maintain balance i.e. the first release of shisui.

Yes bro, i know what you feel about this kind of thing .. I'm playing in a merged server (merged in the first month of the year) and got the kid kakashi. If the game releases the so called Bond feature then they must do a step to make Kakashi Shonen available to other servers which still not merged. It is hard to explain but the mechanics of handing out free ninjas because of the events is way different from the ninjas that is part of some new features which is needed to be available to make all players experience the new thing .. What sir Danzo said, is what i also think ..
