50-70 for a 12.5% chance to get him in 5 kage treasure

At lv like, 95 or something you get him in elite instances, but lets be honest.

Who wants to farm for him after so long?

Anyways, he may take you over 400, I'm atleast over...400 or so pulls in 5 kage and I've yet to pull him...or Mei.

(Though my KK Gaara's 4* atm, but I've never pulled him.)
