Wait I thought Academy and Playboy are totally different Sasuke as ninja.

The Academy one actually exists as 5th OVA. It’s called Naruto: Konoha Gakuen den, pretty much means Konoha School (Academy).

There are anime OVA and manga. I dont remember how many chapters.

It's the same as Kakashi Gaiden, when he was little kids before it was official in anime episodes.
