Alright, so right now I'm in a bit of a dilenma, I just found out that Shisui was available in treasure up to a discount of 30% which leads to 105cps per frag, totaling to 8400cps. Now the question is if I should buy Shisui now, while he is at a highly discounted price (Saving around 4000 coupons), or if I should wait until lucky board and grab him from there at a higher price ~12k-14k cps but at the same time I receive the additional rewards.

Now I am a f2p player so personally I think that going for him in lucky board is a better choice, but with the option of being able to save 4000 coupons, I'm really not sure right now. If anyone could give their thoughts, that would be appreciated!

(Also here are some basic stats: I currently have 9.4cps, level 77, power ~40k)
